IREG/ TADIG testers –

An International Telecom Company seeks three IREG/TADIG Testers. The role will manage a series of specified telephone call tests to ensure the correct functionality of mobile phones when they roam overseas. The successful candidate will be based in our Dubai office. They must be able to communicate to the roaming department of any mobile operator globally by phone or email. As such a good command of the English language both written and verbal is a must. A second language is a must and Spanish would be desirable for one of the roles. Candidates must be willing to work in shifts and handle alarms as a first point of escalation with any network problems we may have.
Preference will be given to any experienced IREG/TADIG Tester. We would however consider an application from those that can demonstrate a basic understanding of telecommunications or Information Technology IT.
