We have an urgent openings in one of the semi government company in jebel ali looking for IT people
Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Nationality: Open

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) (List 3-6 of the major end results the position is to accomplish.
Describe in terms of broad responsibilities rather than specific tasks.
Providing hardware support in terms of installation of PC’s, printers and peripherals. Providing Desktop Support for all PC users.
Total Network administration in terms of card installation, cabling, activation and maintenance of hardware.
MS Office Software and other office productivity Software installation / training and troubleshooting.
Identifying vendors for H/W and S/W, negotiation of prices, recommendation for vendor selection and purchase.
Maintenance/trouble shooting of Network and Desktop Printers. Administration, support of PABX systems, Audio Visual Systems and Telecom systems.
Ensure Information security at all levels by implementing the information security policies.
Any other IT related jobs that may be assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, skills and experience:
Diploma in Engineering or Graduate in Science or Engineering.
3- 5 years of experience in providing Hardware and Software support in a multi-functional organisation. MCP/MCSE preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in Desktop support in medium to large size organisation having more than 100 desktops.
