IMDEA Networks is an international research Institute that focuses on the Future Wireless Internet, and in particular on the protocols, algorithms and systems that will enable it. This exciting initiative, located in the Madrid region of Spain , is attracting researchers from around the World who want to develop their careers in an English-speaking environment that supports them to focus on their research activities. Among our permanent and visiting researchers, with whom you will be working, are Nick Maxemchuk , Arturo Azcorra , Jon Crowcroft , Gustavo de Veciana , and Nicolas Georganas.
The Research Assistant positions at IMDEA Networks provide a benefits package that includes a competitive salary and paid tuition, whilst allowing you to undertake your Masters or PhD in one of our partner universities. We currently have an agreement with University Carlos III of Madrid to enrol our Research Assistants in their Masters and PhD programs. Students are supervised by experienced researchers from either IMDEA Networks or the internationally- renowned NETCOM research group.
