Experts Requirements

More than the aesthetic side of Web Site
Development, the resource should be an expert in HTML and CSS.
·
Should be able to make DIV bases Web Sites.
·
Should be familiar with Advanced CSS concepts.

·
JavaScript knowledge should be nice to have.
·
Some knowledge of open source front end
libraries like YUI.

SQL
Scripting Expert Requirements
·
Should have knowledge of working in MySQL and
Oracle.
·
Should have extensive knowledge of writing
queries.
·
Should be able to do query tuning and DB
optimization.

Software
Developer Requirements
·
Excellent analytical skills and Computer
Science concepts.
·
Some knowledge of Web based programming.
·
Some Knowledge of Java will be good.
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
