IT QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROLS MANAGER Our client is a well established and prestigious Banking organisation based within Doha, Qatar. They are vastly expanding their business and are therefore seeking to take on new members of staff and attract new skills to the business in order to do this. Currently, they are actively seeking to recruit an experienced IT QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROLS MANAGER with a strong Banking background and hands on knowledge. Candidate experience: 1. IT Audit background 2. IT Process implementation experience 3. COBIT or ITIL experience, certifications etc. 4. IT Security experience (policies, standards, procedure development or implementation) Responsibilities include: To implement and maintain IT best practice and governance processes across IT using a COBIT / ITIL framework as a guide Manage and co-ordinate internal / external IT audits and resolution of findings To measure, report, review and maintain applicability of SLA’s. To carry out self assessments of IT policy implementation levels and ensure compliance to policy Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT governance manual documentation QA review of systems and processes Review existing management reporting and implement meaningful reporting Packages to include Tax free earnings - House and Car Allowance, Flights home and Medical Cover.
