A large utility company is looking for a Network Manager to manage a range of water, sewer and storm networks on private developments in Dubai.

The objectives are to achieve and maintain regulatory, health & safety, financial, customer and performance targets. The role holder will be responsible for the leadership & performance management of a team of directly employed and sub-contracted staff.

It is expected that the role holder will be qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline (probably Civil) with at least 10 years experience of managing and operating networks.

Duties will include:

1. Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual compliance standards and to meet commercial key performance indicators for all plants.

2. Identify operational problems relating to assets and their condition, serviceability & optimisation.

3. Work with the project team and to ensure that assets are operated and maintained in accordance with agreed performance standards and procedures.

Salary: USD100,000 package per annum
