| Job Description |
- Ownership of the Defect management process for all business testing (UAT and BSIM)
- Coordinate with Technology teams the resolution of all exceptions found in testing.
- Support technology teams in the clarification, tracking and resolution of defects.
- Regular reporting to UAT and release management on the defect status for releases.
- Coordinate with business users the acceptance of all resolved exceptions.
- Timely and proactive escalation of unresolved issues impacting Release or testing plans.
Candidate Profile: - Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
- Software Engineering degree preferred.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of testing tools (mercury QC preferred)
- Understanding of major business processes for telecom operators.
- Understanding of Business Support Systems, Operations Support Systems.
