job summary: Manage application support and development requirements. Prepare RFP for various initiatives and identify vendors for a best fit with The company. Implement projects related to software implementation with proper planning and execution. Support business on new requirements and MIS requests.

job description:

Requirement gathering from business for changes and bug fixing

Business analysis activities including process mapping, scope definition, business case development, requirements definition, functional design, testing, implementation, and user training

Acceptance and regression testing, including creation and execution of test cases

Liaise with The company users to collect the detailed business requirements from them.

Liaise with the company Sharia committee to make sure that the business requirements are complying with sharia concepts.

Formulate plan on migrating the requirement to IT for development on application

Implement new systems after proper UAT

Change Request forms

Implement system changes and new applications

Timely execution of change requests and new system deployment

Delivery of projects as per project plan

Develop a team for effective business support

Develop a team for continuous support of business units leading to 'zero' errors

Meeting all user group needs regarding application support

Department support

Support the IT department on as and when required basis

ADHOC requests for support by other functions in IT department
 
   experience: 7 - 10 yrs.
