Job Family: Information Technology Location: Jebel Ali, U.A.E. Division: DWCS ITC SW Dev - DEP Contract Type: Full Time

Job Purpose: To develop the application based upon the provided solution design and ensure that it is technically sound within the specified technology area and maintain these software solutions.

Key Accountabilities: Converts solution design into functional and technical specifications in appropriate documents Participates in the Analysis and Technical design and builds the required solutions based on the technical system design Maintains a liaison with Architects, Quality and Data Centre teams to ensure smooth delivery of the required solutions Defines the required System Testing and Deployment Plans in coordination with the corresponding IT teams Provide the necessary second and third level system support to the users as per ITC standards

Job Context: To ensure quality software development for the required software solutions is delivered whether it was an enhancement to an existing system or a delivery of new software system To participate in the estimation, analysis, deign and testing of the required solution along with other teams To plan the deployment of delivered solutions in coordination with IT Data Centre

Qualifications, Experience & Skills: Qualifications: Graduate degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field with about 2 – 3 years of experience in related technology Knowledge and exposure to the major software development platforms and technologies Experience : Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, Unified Modelling Language, and design patterns Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork and facilitation Expert in SDLC process and specific technology area Excellent analytical and technical skills Very good Communication skills – written and verbal (English must, Arabic preferred)
