2 x Business Analysts
Domain experience either some or most of the following:-
Mobile Telco, Mobile Telco Roaming, Payment Gateways, Banking and Finance systems or Call Centres
Minimum work experience as a BA in the relevant field is 5-7 years
Period will be 6 months and based in Qatar. These are senior positions - the candidates must be subject matter experts in this field.
- Accountabilities include
- Capturing user requirements
Must be able to take a high level brief or scope statement and translate into detailed and prioritised requirements by utilising various structured approaches including research, interviewing, facilitating brainstorming workshops, creating use cases, documenting as-is process flows, transforming to to-be process flows, creating new process flows.
- Business process modelling:
Able to create and document process landscapes form level 0 to level 3 functions.
Traceability:
Trace requirements throughout the lifecycle to each testing phase, create test cases. - Communications:
Must be self directing and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
