Responsibilities

  • Coordinate assignment of tasks to IT resources using the Helpdesk.
  • Develop IT manuals, procedures, and other types of documentations for online publishing or printing.
  • Updating internal and external websites.
  • Maintaining and update on-line and printed IT documentation and lists.
  • Carry out department administrative and communication tasks.
  • Handle the department communications, documentations, and filing.
  • Carry out IT checks and tasks.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English. With the ability to write clear and concise text.
  • Knowledge of MS office and HTML is essential.
  • Excellent filing and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
  • Awareness of the IT field.
  • Must be graduated with at least 2 years relevant experience.
