Responsibilities
- Coordinate assignment of tasks to IT resources using the Helpdesk.
- Develop IT manuals, procedures, and other types of documentations for online publishing or printing.
- Updating internal and external websites.
- Maintaining and update on-line and printed IT documentation and lists.
- Carry out department administrative and communication tasks.
- Handle the department communications, documentations, and filing.
- Carry out IT checks and tasks.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English. With the ability to write clear and concise text.
- Knowledge of MS office and HTML is essential.
- Excellent filing and organisational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and liaison skills.
- Awareness of the IT field.
- Must be graduated with at least 2 years relevant experience.
