Job Description
  • Effective delivery/ implementation of oracle CRM modules of Oracle Release 11i e-Business suite.
  • Provide an integrated information system solution.
  • Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle.
  • Include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design and Development, Testing, and Implementation.
  • Assist, coach, and mentor team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
  • Interface with middle and senior level executives at the client site to develop client "buy in" and support, develop business implementation strategies and address specific issues that may arise during an Oracle implementation.
  • Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
Desired Profile
  • You should have 6 - 8 years of working experience in the functional domain and at least 5 years of Oracle CRM Functional experience.
  • Should have at least 2 - 3 full cycle implementations with extensive experience in Oracle CRM modules (CRM foundation, Telesales, Marketing, installed base, Sales online, teleservice, field service, etc).
  • Experience working in an Oracle Financials and SCM environment.
  • Able to architect the solution
  • Should have done at least 3 Oracle Application CRM projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong Planning and Organization Skills
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work in multi cultural environments
