Job Description	Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS with hands-on in SOA, BPEL and PL/SQL To Create BPEL and ESB Process Strong Experience in Workflow to develop equivalent BPEL composites. To Work in development, design and testing.
Desired Profile	Should have done at least 2 projects with BPEL. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong Planning , Analysis , Problem Solving and Organization Skills Ability to work in multi cultural environment .
