Our client, well-established IT company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking for QA Engineer. You will design, document and implement test plans for new and existing projects, report and manage defects, regress software fixes for new and existing products, assist development with replicating and debugging problems and develop test automation solutions as needed   Responsibilities Developing test plans and test cases based on feature requirements and execution of test cases; Communicating test activities, issues, and results to development and management throughout the software development lifecycle;   Implementing automation as much as possible to support timely product testing; Utilizing database queries and tools as testing techniques to supplement user interface testing; Creating artifacts and process to capture testing metrics; Maintaining high software quality standards and expectations; Installing software onto handsets using a variety of vendor-supplied tools; Key Skills A strong technical background coupled with in-depth experience testing or developing software for Microsoft .Net framework Significant experience testing web applications in the following technologies : JSP, ASP.NET, MS SQL ,Oracle DB and HTML Extensive background in QA methodologies and experience developing and executing comprehensive test suites for system software Database or SQL experience Ability to troubleshoot software / hardware configuration problems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related discipline Arabic & English Fluency Experience Minimum 3 years experience in software QA If you are self - motivated with strong analytical abilities, flexibility and resourcefulness to work in a dynamic environment, this is the job for you.
