CRM ANALYST

Motivate Publishing, the leading publisher of magazines and books, is on the lookout for an experienced CRM Analyst, who will provide leadership and operational management to Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure the effective utilization of the CRM system. The position will also oversee all business resources, processes, projects and technologies related to Data Management, Sale Force Automation and Sales Reporting.
The successful candidate will:- Participate in the strategic and tactical use of data as a corporate asset,
- Ensure effective management of all data management processes and resources,
- Work closely with the Head of IT to lead and control/manageCRM projects,
- Establish workflows using established processes and policies,
- Participate in establishing policies, procedures and system requirements for CRM,
- Lead CRM group with strong team leadership and operational management,
- MBA or equivalent
- Must have technology certification in a related stream
- Five or more years in CRM leadership positions at a level of project leader
- Three or more year’s experience with any reputed CRM
- Two or more year’s experience in management of complexdatabase systems.
- The candidate must have successfully managed teams of Call Centre Executives
- Must have general technical and business systems knowledge
- Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
