HR MANAGER

  • With a minimum 10-15 years of experience preferably in the Construction Industry.
  • Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in HR Management or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.

Highly computer literate.

  • Proven experience in Human Resource Management, with sound knowledge of recruitment, organizational development and other HR initiatives and protocols.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour and Immigration Laws.
  • Shall be responsible for formulating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
  • Identifying and implementing training needs.
