HR MANAGER
- With a minimum 10-15 years of experience preferably in the Construction Industry.
- Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in HR Management or an equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.
Highly computer literate.
- Proven experience in Human Resource Management, with sound knowledge of recruitment, organizational development and other HR initiatives and protocols.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour and Immigration Laws.
- Shall be responsible for formulating and implementing HR Policies and Procedures.
- Identifying and implementing training needs.
