Required Qualifications | Recognized University degree in IT or relevant field • Minimum 3-4 years experience within a Microsoft XP desktop enterprise environment • Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) • Min. 3 yrs hands-on experience in resolving 1st level user IT support calls • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 server, Exchange 2003 server, Web servers, Active directory, Network infrastructure components, domain level security, WAN technologies Documentation experience in MS Office applications Basic awareness on IT Service desk handling, Problem management and Incident management | ||
Responsibilities | • Perform 1st level fault resolution (locally & remotely) • Incident and Problem management for all systems support cases • Deliver end-to-end customer / user support and handle escalations • Managing new implementations or service requests • Vendor management such as ISP and IT Product vendors • Regularly update the relevant documentation and • Maintain the hard and soft skills required to fulfill above accountabilities | ||
